Defatted Cashew Flour

Olam's Defatted Cashew Flour is lower in calories and fat and higher in protein than standard cashew flour. This flour is made from naturally pressed cashew nuts. Over 50% of the fat is removed in this process. Defatted Cashew flour has an extra-fine texture and clean taste. It is high in minerals, including magnesium, copper, iron, potassium, and consists of 30% pure protein.  This flour is an alternative to wheat flour due to it being:
