Warehouse & Shipping Information

Ground Shipping

We offer two options for shipping: ground freight at live rates per pallet via our third-party trucking partner, and live Fedex Ground shipping for single bag/carton orders of 25lb/50lb .

Please note that we are not able to arrange shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located outside the contiguous 48 states and can arrange your own shipping from either of our warehouses, we will gladly release bulk nuts/ bulk seeds to your preferred shipping company.

Warehouse Pickup

You can schedule a warehouse pickup by selecting warehouse pickup option during checkout. After you order has been received, you will receive an email with a delivery order, the warehouse address and pickup instructions. You would need to schedule an appointment with the warehouse at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. To schedule the appointment, the warehouse requires a release #, which is in your delivery order, please keep that handy when you email the warehouse for the appointment. Your Delivery order is also available under My Account > My Orders section after your order has been placed. While the warehouse pickup is free, some warehouses charge for missed appointments, late fees & same day pickup requests. On the East coast our warehouses are located in New Jersey, and on the West Coast in California.
