If you missed your scheduled pick up, you can reschedule your appointment at your convenience. The warehouse information is given here https://olamnuts.com/warehouse-information. We work with third party warehouses, and they might have missed appointment fees that customers might need to cover.
We typically respond within 2 working hours either rejecting/accepting or countering the offer. In case an offer is accepted/ countered, the customer needs to place the order within 24 hours. A notification email will be sent. The notification email will have a link to view offers in the <a tabindex="0" href="https://olamnuts.com/makeanoffer/offers/index/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“my account -> view offers”</a> section. Under view offers, you can click on “add to cart” and checkout !!
